I went in recently with my daughter to have an afternoon tea treat. The staff were efficient and the drinks were fine. They could have been a tad friendlier, a smile doesn't take much to do!

Very happy with the service and they make great coffee!!! My new Local!!!. I'll find all the staff there are always friendy and they love there job .

Gloria Jeans – a great product, unfortunately flavoured with bad service.
The staff could be a little bit more approachable, and a lotta bit more service-oriented!
I have observed that the staff are consistently rude and abrupt to customers.
I tired of the sour faces, curt responses and “hurry up and order” attitude that I continued to experience at this establishment….smarten up, a lot of people won't suffer cr*ppy service, even if the product is good.
We don't patronize this business any more.

Love the girls at Gloria Jeans Murrumba Downs, always the best coffee, very consistant high standards. Very chatty and friendly. Even gave me a free coffee when I was having a rough day!! Thanks guys, very good service!

I am a regular and often take my daughter there after school for a baby-chino, which she absolutely loves. They make wonderful iced drinks, coffees and always let the kids choose their toppings on the mini or baby-chinos. Staff could be a little more approachable though.
