Highly recommend this place. This is my go to gym place so far!!

This gym is great, I have just started going as I got a Discounted membership on a voucher but it is still a very afforable gym. THe staff are very friendly and i enjoy the classes, just wish they had a few more on their timetable but otherwise its in a great little spot and it has been great so far.

I was a member here for many years, and have moved away from living in the area.... and since then I have not found another gym that offers such a variety of weight training and cardio equipment, and dedicated staff that enjoy what they do. The owner Greg has body building in his blood, yet he takes the time to chat to everyone in the gym, very friendly gym indeed.

This is a great ovel gym and exceation valus for $. Only $7.95 per week. The staff are friendly and helpful.
