I went here looking for the infamous WAGU beef. Gosh the price nearly knocked me off my feet but a special occassion ensued and I was determined to give it my best. I looked up prices on the web for online delivery farm market produce and did not find them any cheaper so off I went. I wanted to ask questions about cooking of this piece of gold and a bit more about all this talk of marbelling and ageing being so important. I felt I got a good ear and wise information. I don't have a local butcher and miss that aspect of shopping but not a great meat eater these days. The is a processor straight from the abbatoir so things were fresh. They cater for the top end down to the humble or not so humble sausage but for my special need they gave me all that I wanted and it was not just a piece of meat. I got invited to come back and share my experience in savouring this delicassy so service was interactive. Signs are posted outside to give you an idea of prices for certain goods. I like to find out what chemicals have been or not been added to my meat or veg; for that matter and I felt I got a good honest reply. I recommend this place for those special occassions or for those who want a fresh tasteful piece of meat on certain days only
