This is an upmarket cooking/ingredient store which focuses on spices and seasoning ingredients. The CBD store is tiny, but packs a lot into a small space well.
If you are a recreational masterchef, and have been having trouble finding a top quality ingredient for a special recipe - this is your port of call. The range of salts, herbs, spices is very comprehensive, of a good quality and relatively fresh. I even saw some Persian Blue Salt available for sale (one of the rarest salts in the world).
Apart from actual cooking ingredients, you will find unique kitchen items such as crystallized salt slab kitchen boards (great for curing).
Although this place is not cheap, and service is not 5 star (they have special spice bags, scoops and the idea is that you self serve & take your selections to the counter ie like a super market) it is definitely the place to go for special, rare kitchen item.
