You don’t go to the Fisherman’s Club fir the food. It’s terrible and has been a huge disappointment whenever I’ve eaten their. You go to the Fisherman’s Club for the view. But what I find annoying is, a table with a 6.30 pm booking cannot be sat at (or occupied ) from 4.30pm. This I was told by an incredibly rude waitress is because the person with the booking may arrive at 4.30pm! And the staff need to make sure the tables clean in time. So, you are rudely booted off the table and told to sit elsewhere. Who wants to sit in the dingy area downstairs? No one apparently! The place on a wet Friday afternoon between Christmas and New Years was deserted.
We won’t go back again, we will continue to visit the Gerringong Bowlo up the road. The restaurants has great food and view is almost as good as the Fisherman’s Club. But just as important, the staff aren’t rude

Loved the meal. Lovely view over the beach and coast line. Food was great, hot and enjoyable. Took a while for the food to be cooked, though cooked as you order.

The Fisho Club is about the best club food which does not taste like your typical club food. A huge range to choose from, prices [are good and the meals are really great. All this is capped off by the most amazing view around 7 mile beach. I have been there on a clear day and an overcast day and the view is magnificent. WELL WORTH IT
