Had seen a lamp on my last Melbourne visit and decided when I got home (QLD) that I must have it.
I emailed the store through the website and received a reply from Dion who answered all my questions and gave me all the tools to call the store and order it. Spoke to staff member Sarah and she could not have been friendlier. I received the lamp 4 days later, it was packaged safely and looks great. Its the feature point of my daughters "big girl" bedroom. I always make sure that I visit when I am down there, its the best store for kids (and some adults) toys!

Hello Geppetto's Workshop,

My mum received both prams 2 days ago. Yours (packed by Simone) was carefully and beautifully packed, the other was not (from another retailer). Yours was in perfect condition, the other was faulty (the handle was not centered and could potentially be a hazard). Due to both of these reasons, plus your cooperation and flawless service we have decided to keep yours and send the other one back to the other retailer despite it being cheaper.

We want to thank you for all your help and the care that Simone put into packing up this special pram. We will in future come to you for any doll or puppet supplies :)

Geppetto's workshop restored an old damaged pull-along wooden toy soldier atop a horse. The soldier was missing a leg, the horse's mane was disintegrating and the saddle was falling apart. The care and attention to detail in the restoration was remarkable. Even though it took many months the end result was well worth the wait. An excellent job and we have a beautiful toy.

As an interstate customer, I made email contact regarding wooden walkers for my baby girl and I can not fault the service. Over several emails, i was given photos, prices, recommendations and great product knowledge which ultimately helped me make the best decision.

I received the walker this week and it's perfect, my daughter loves it and its so nice to have a toy that is not plastic! I will be shopping with this store again and recommend this store to anyone who likes to deal with a sales person who knows their product and enjoys their job.

We received the walker this morning and very happy with our purchase! Our daughter was straight up and walking along, more than ready for it. I love the brakes as we have floor boards so she can't go too fast (or far). Very positive experience.

Whilst in the area on a day trip, we saw this store and immediately went to have a look.

This is a magnificent toy store selling a variety of children's toys, wooden, traditional, carousels, puppets of different kinds and characters.

Seeing such toy store brings out the child in me and I truly enjoy looking around these shops, its something more special than Toys R Us (not saying big toy stores are not good!)

Its a small sized store but jam packed with so much to choose from! There are also many gift ideas.

Prices are a little expensive, but its justifiable as they are quality products, some are from overseas, very unique toys and you will only find these items from specialty stores like Gepetto's.

You are welcome to browse, as the sales lady was very friendly and did not make us feel obligated to make a purchase.

Highly recommend this store for something special.
