Just got my car back from Gemini Artarmon for some minor panelbeating work - I have never in my life seen such bad work done on a car. It has been returned with scratches on the one door, broken panel hinges from where they must have removed a panel, a parking sensor that is fully indented into the car, a rattle on the bumper that was not there previously and the list goes on.... in short my car is now worse off than it was when it went in for repair !

I was very unhappy with the repair to my car. I had to take it back twice. Very poor customer service and very poor quality control.

Lots of foot stfeps stains in the car interior dooe inner side and lower edges
Very poor custmer service on phone and reception. Even SMS CAME WITH A WRONG DATE OF PICKUP. Had to ask NRMA TO SEND ME ASSESSOR TO TAKE PHOTOS. Highly not recommended.

Gemini have Excellent service, efficient and friendly. Great job with the panel beating- the car looks new again. No sign of the dents. Sent there by nrma
