If you want to get verbally abused and have tradies turn up unannounced without the common sense of organizing a time to come around, then Waterwise is for you. Their tradie came over 3 times and never did he have the brains to contact me. I send them text messages and left a message as well to please contact to arrange a time; they never did. Neither did the staff at reception. Still waiting after 10 days. No contact. They obviously didn't want to honour their warranty on a dud solar panel. The builder came over and had a look at it and told me it was an "old" model which obviously didn't tolerate frost. What kind if solar panel can it be if it breaks during the cold. I sent a messgae telling this company to "get off their ar*e" and organize a time. Well, this staff return my call but I couldn't get back immediately as I was in Melbourne with my mother taking her to see a specialist. Now, this staff yelled at me for taking a day to answer; they took 10 days! I told them I was running around in Melbourne as my mother had been diagnosed with a heart condition. The reply to this was "I don't care!" Anyway, the staff is ranting and raving and screaming and tells me to apologize to their tradie!! Why should I? I reply. When I asked them for proof of alleged contact with me, they became angrier and hung up. so my recommendation is to avoid these rude people like the plague.
