I found the food to be very nice, and the service was fine. The only issue I have is with the layout. It is quite cramped in there & the can be hard to manouvre around other people's tables. The food was good though.

Absolute rubbish for food,inedible salad and burnt meat.The chef argued it was not burnt...black breadcrumbs are burnt to me!!Bland awful food old fashioned menu,dating back to the 1980's.Kids menu deep fried and not palatable...Never will go there again!!

My Chicken Parmigiana was burnt around the edges & was the most expensive I've ever bought. Service was slow. Extremely noisy atmosphere & we were packed in like sardines with no personal space left to the sides or back. I have no idea why people seem to think this is 'the place to go'!

Although my sister loves this place and always comes here when she's in Ballarat, I really don't see anything exceptional about this place. The service is not unpleasant, but not so friendly in my experience, and there wasn't much of a range of food. However the food they had was delicious albeit expensive
