Excellent presentation and nicely handle by the lady on reception. I suggest everyone to visit there and eat yummy food.

Funny name but I was definitely impressed by this place. Food was great, staff were quick and price was very reasonable. Loved it!

We thought the name or this restaurant was interesting and we love our indian cuisine so we gave them a try. They have quite and extensive menu which certainly had it difficult to decide. Rogan Josh was outstanding, same with the beef vindaloo and the chicken makhani, the onion bhajia was so good and their pakado and samosa's were so delicious. Service was friendly, presentation great and of course our meals were delicious. We would have loved to try a dessert but we just couldn't fit it in.

You might be turned off by the unusual non typical Indian sounding name, but I can assure you the Indian food here is one of the best, most perfect serves of curry you will find in Melbourne. The spices are strong and mixed perfectly into a blend that is warm in the mouth, and leaves you wanting more and more.

Staff were quick and so was the food. The food was really good, had the butter chicken with garlic naan on the side which was luckily not overpowering. Wish there was a bit more chicken in my meal though as there was not enough and I am not a big eater.

Approximate cost: $17

That's where they save on costs (meat is expensive).

This is a great Indian restaurant with delicious food and fantastic service by the attentive staff. On both occasions here I've had the butter chicken with rice and roti and I've not been disappointed. Might try something different on my next visit here.

Approximate cost: $25.00

I went here for the 1st time last night after a friend had been raving about it and I was not disappointed. The decor is a bit corny but the food was impressive. The staff were attentive. Price was what is it be expected. Food comes out fairly quickly and there's ample of it.

If you can get past the decor and funny name, this restaurant has amazing food. It is so tasty and plenty for vegetarians as well. Very well priced and always busy so book ahead!

Approximate cost: $inexpensive

Agree. Not very flashy looking but the food & quick service along with the calm boy rules makes this place great. Banquet selection makes big group orders easy... Does anyone ever go for seconds?

Framed photos on the wall of cricketers who have visited the restaurant is testament to its quality. While some may chuckle at the name, the food is top-notch. Hidden from the road, it is a worth a visit if you're in the Melbourne CBD!
