Gaura Travels - Don't ever book the flight tickets with these fellows. Looting money [redacted due to generalisation] by providing wrong information. Tried to postpone one of my tickets to and they asked me to pay excess $1860 on top of the payment I have paid for my initially booked ticket. Consultant said there is a change to the airfare rules with Malaysian Airlines from this week. I then spoke to Airlines(Malaysian) customer care about this issue. They said I do not need to pay $1860 but instead paying $100 for the date change and difference for the changed flight which got down to $824. Huge difference. Airlines didn't agree initially to postpone my ticket because they are not authorised to change tickets booked by the agent it seems. However, I got them convinced somehow(lucky) after a long discussion and they agreed to change the date.Later, when I spoke to one of the Gaura travels manager, he still said whatever info. they have told me is from the Malaysian Airlines and is correct (Absolute Foolishnes.. Worst Travel Agent I have ever seen in Australia ).

Gaura Travel is one of the worst Travel Agents. I had to cancel my flights due to unavoidable circumtances and Gaura Travel charge me $345 per ticket. Moreover during the booking process, when i asked the question about various fees and charges, Gaura Travel represntative didn't tell me the correct answer. Don't waste your money and time. I have started booking tickets online now.

Approximate cost: $800

This is the worst travel agent I have ever dealt with.
Trick they are Using:
They will provide a Cheaper Quote to get Booking and then ask for $100 as a deposite.
Once you pay they will increase a price by $40.
If you denied paying - they will tell you $100 which you deposited is not refundable.
After this you will have two choice either you pay $30 - $40 or lose $100.
This seems pretty dodgy to me.

I have called them to get the quotes, they have offered me the quote. The quote was not the cheapest one, however it's comparable. The service was really great. They understand customers. They called me back with more reasonable prize that shows that they understands customer requirement and work accordingly. The staff was really great.
