I love this place. Beautiful chocolates, and my favourite hot chocolate in Melbourne! I've always found the staff to be lovely, and can happily spend time sitting in the cosy seats with a drink and something sweet to nibble on.

quite expensive for chocolate products but very high quality so worth the luxury, would only come back if i need to spoil myself or if with good friends

I have only tried their hot chocolates and had to get it to go as I was in a hurry but it was delicious. Not too sweet and nice and hot on a cold windy Melbourne day, it really hit the spot. I want to go back and explore the chocolates on offer

Good quality chocolate. They also make great ice coffee fraps which are fabulous in the summer heat wave.
All their chocolates are made fresh and only brought out into the store a bit at a time. Lovely spot to have a drink and refreshment or for gifts

Love the hot chocolate! So good! Although my partner is really picky about coffee and didn't like it here.

The hot chocholate is so rich and creamy and the cakes are pretty good. I also tried the macarons and they are baked to perfection. My friend had a coffee and was not too happy about it though. The milk was luke warm and the coffee tasted bitter.

I love to have Hot chocolate at Ganache...Very rich and thick chocolate flavour.. Love it! The staff is very friendly and professional .. would go back again!

The excellent service in this lovely chocolate shop blew us away. They were so kind to my kids and gave them a free sample as we were buying a ( rather large) Christmas gift for someone who is a very picky chocolate eater, so it had to be very special, and it was! Amazing and thanks so much .

Yet another temple to the cacao bean, Ganache provides a range of gourmet chocolates, coffees, hot chocolates and more! I got some Macaroons last week and they were crisp outer shells with melt in the mouth insides... mmm.... regular flavors such as pistachio, passionfruit, chocolate and more! The hot chocolates are quite thick and frothy giving a full bodied chocolate flavor. They even have drinks for kids called babycinos - frothed up milk so that the kids feel as they're part of the scene too!

If you like chocolate like I do, then go here. They have awesome little truffles at the counter, or you can eat in and stuff yourself until you feel sick, which you will because one is not enough.
