To me, this place offers nothing of value but my sons used to love spending time here. Staffs genuinely like to help out and spend a lot of time with the kids. However I was so shocked to find out prices on the tiny toys.

After visiting yesterday I found the customer service to be decent. The staff there are glad to introduce and explain every one of their games to you, in my case he was knowledgeable of the particular card game that I play. They will go into great detail for all of their products, some of which are very difficult to find elsewhere. Unfortunately, they can be a bit expensive.

As West field have asked I am submitting a review: Being a Paediatric OT games are our bread and butter, Games Chain supply quite a few hard to find games. I am sure they could do this cheaper without the West field overheads, none the less they provide a 1:1 service and make spending money quite pleasant.
