Waited a bit long for service, plenty of shop assistant's standing around talking with each other, I was standing obviously waiting to b served staff looked at me but kept talking to each other, quite disappointing....

This store has closed down...Every time I have gone in there, with or without the kids, the staff have been great, they are always eager to help. They seem to genuinely want to help you find exactly what you want not just sell you unsuitable games etc.
