Game is very relaxed and quiet, I am a shy person and i prefer to pick out my game in this kind of atmosphere where as some game type of shops talk and hasstle you. Game staff are there for your service but dont bug you.

Nice pleasant environment. Customer service rep offered help quickly but didn't seem suitable to the position. When we said we were fine she seemed a bit judgmental. Overall though, a positive experience.

Really fun staff members, considering I am a complete techno failure. I know nothing about games and consoles, but these guys make it all easy(ish) to understand. Though, sometimes the 9 year old in the family has to re-explain it!
