Spent over $10k with these guys and found out that the CPU they sold me was 3 years old. Despite it being the most expensive one they sell online and it being promoted as a new high end CPU. They refuse to refund. I feel ripped off as they're trying to force me to keep a computer that's older than the one I was replacing.

I'm not a computer person, but these guys helped me fix my computer in a jiffy. My usual computer guy was away and I urgently needed to get my broken down computer back up and running. I described the problem to them and their helpful staff identified it was a simple power supply issue. The next issue was how to put it in, they even gave me a bit of an idea and I can't believe it but I got it working. Thanks Gamedude. While I was there I also got a new gaming mouse whatever that is, but it works so much better than my old one and I also got some speakers. My sound use to be dreadful. The prices were great and they really helped me get back going again.
