We scored a great deal on Wotif for lodge accommodation and a yellow water river cruise for two ($200 total - cruise prices are standard $55 per person). We stayed in room 33 and it was excellent. Clean, modern and comfortable. The grounds here were great, two awesome pools, bar/restaurant and as Home of Yellow Water the cruise and sights are not to be missed. Wished we could have stayed here longer to enjoy it more. Service was great, room was great, food was good but very expensive - vegetarian pasta with sauce was pretty underwhelming for the price and could be improved. All in all I would definitely stay here again, though we came in wet season and had a cruise package which made it excellent value. I guess everything has it's price as I have otherwise read some reviews that this venue was not worth the bucks. In my opinion and from my experience though - it was great.
