i went in there looking for a Loft bed with desk for my son with my mother. When walking in , there was one salesman on the floor and another salesman with a customer at a desk. Not one of these men looked at us on entering. we walked to the back of the store to look at kids beds. Waited about 7-8 mins waiting for someone to serve us and ask questions. No- one came, we started walking to the front of the store where a salesman was looking at a dining table. He looked up at us walking toward him and turned around. Walking away from us... I was surprised as we were the only customers in the store. Finally we caught up to him and i asked him if he was working here today, he replyed yes. I asked him about any other loft beds with desks available and if they came in any other wood styles as i didnt like the look of beech. He replyed " no, only what you see"

First off, u cant surely expect attention from the sales consultant who was at the desk serving someone else. Secondly, the answer u got that the desk only came in that colour......did u want him/her to lie about the available colours? U asked him and he told u. Whats the problem? I'll answer for u.....the problem is that ONE sales consultant didnt harass u as u browsed, and that the colour of desk u wanted was not on Furniture Galores range. Dont be so pedantic.
