Decided to have some curry back at the hotel with the family. We found this place, the aroma is what drew us in. The prices are pretty good, great generous servings and I particularly liked the Lamb Korma and Butter Chicken at $10 each take-away. Enjoyed some samosas - everything cooked perfectly. Friendly fast service. Will definitely be getting more the next time we are in Melbourne. Highly recommend.

Always tasty, great Indian food. My eyes always become bigger than my belly when I enter Funky Curry and always leave full but so so satisfied. The vegetarian options are always delicious, packed full of flavour and the samosas are crunchy, flaky and comforting.

Amazing food here, the large thali plate including 3 curries is around 10 bucks, and there's always a great selection of curries at varying heat levels.. I'm a bit of a wimp when it comes to hot food but have always been able to find enough to fill my thali without burning a hole through my mouth! What's great is that they do a takeaway pot of rice and curry for 5 dollars, perfect for when I'm on my way home from the city and want something delicious to eat when I get in. Would highly recommend, better than a lot of indian restaurants I've been to in Melbourne.

Not a bad take away curry house. It has a great range of hot curry's with many of them ready made. They can make curries for any heat level - from "chilli virgin" all the way to "i can't feel my ears" hot. If you are in the mood for a spicy curry, you won't have to ask twice here to "make it spicy".

This is a pretty good takeaway curry. They have a good range of ready cooked curries so there isn't normally a wait. If you don't like spicy food there aren't too many varieties.
