Went in to this pharmacy looking for a particular vitamin. A gentleman came over to me and offered assistance. After getting for me the vitamin I was after, he went out of his way to print out some information for me relating to my purchase. Extremely helpful

Presented script at 1845 on 28 Aug 2012. Was told that it would take 20mins. Why 20mins? Your website states up to 5 pharmacists on duty (yeah I know..up to) But you must certainly realise that people presenting scripts are unwell & suffering hence it would incumbent on you to expedite the medications asap. 20mins to put pills into a bottle and paste stickers on boxes is simply NOT acceptable. Esp not when the ONLY pharmacist on duty was more intent on gasbagging with a lady from her local church rather than actually attending to signing off prescriptions.

Well we got our pills after 23mins which is not only damn insensitive to my wife's severe asthma but also appalling customer service. Even the Medical Centre did not make us wait that long to see an actual Doctor rather than one errant pharmacist. I checked the internet to find 4 other pharmacies within the same distance, 1 on Childs Rd, 1 in Westfield, 2 on Plenty Rd and so I will NEVER EVER need revisit your pharmacy. Oh, yes. I've also sent this same review to our local newspapers and posted in on other sites. I'd like as many people to know how you treat sick people and where they should go instead to get better service.

This is a fantastic look pharmacy, i used to go there all the time, until there was a change in staffing. too busy!

The staff are arrogant and feel they have better things to do (like gossip) than serve customers. Try ringing them (especially the Day Spa) and you will find that they can't be bothered answering their phone. They look down on customers but delight in sharing giggles, wry smiles and gossip between one another. The dispensary is okay (never a smile though) and I think they need a top-down reassessment of being a retailer who is supposed to SERVE customers not treat them like they wish they weren't there. I was going to email the owner/manager but there is no email contact or an office contact on their website (only the store number which won't answer even though I've rung it 5 times in 2 hours).

Used this pharmacy for 10 years & have had excellent service each time. I have unusual medicines to take & they have been extremely helpful in getting them in, if they don't have it on the shelf. They will go out of their way to help. The staff are friendly & knowledgeable especially the Pharmacists. They have come to know us & we're treated not as a number but like a friend-they even remember your name & take interest in you as a person, we recently bought a mini & the Pharmacist came out to the car park to check it out, excellent relational skills. They are excellent in help,services & stock. I would recommend them to anyone who wants excellent chemist service in the surrounding area. We have recently moved to the neighbouring suburb but have definitely not changed Pharmacies.

This pharmacy has a full range of products. I love that I have a rewards card accumulating points to use for purchases, together with a year calendar full of rewards for each month. well done Fulllife.

I have been shopping at Fulllife for a very long time.The staff are always friendly,helpful and knowledgeable.There is a wide variety of services available[day spa,photo lab] and products to buy.I have found staff to be be very thorough in dispensing medications for me and my family and the bonus is accumulating points to spend there.

Always friendly and helpful any time I have been there. They have a great range of all the necessities and also many gifts and perfumes and cosmetics if required. Anytime I have filled a prescription they have always explained very carefully the instructions etc.
