I was having my Daughters birthday there as we have been there before. When the booking was made we were not informed that it was at their Fairymeadow site when I had called earlier in the day to see if they had access for wheelchair. Upon arriving they did have a wheelchair lift but I was informed that they did not want to use it as it would impeded other customers. When that was organized they could not get it to work after almost waiting an hour we went else where. The food last time we were there was nice though but they need to make sure when they say full access for disabled that they know how to use it first
