The staff here were really friendly and accommodating to my showing up without an appointment on a busy Saturday. My hairdresser listened to what I wanted and talked her ideas through with me before cutting. I really felt like she spent the time to perfect what she was doing without rushing in spite of it taking her longer than anticipated and other clients showing up before I was finished. She had genuine cutting talent and I am very happy with the final result.
