Gym is well equipped but classes are better option here. Don't work out too near the glass window or the kids in the pool all stare at you. LOL Saw lots of swimming lessons going on, school groups, big classes, hmmmm, pool was often too busy to use and change rooms too. Not the cleanest changerooms, probably due to amount of school kids trundling through.

I have used this gym many times on a casual basis to attend zumba classes. Classes cost about $14 for a casual visit.

I've tried a lot of zumba classes at various gyms around Hobart, and I have to say EJ is one of the best zumba instructors I've seen. While some of the moves can be quite complex it makes the class go fast. Her music choice is great.

If you join as a member, they have free childcare available.

It was a good place to work out. It only went occasionally and on a casual basis. The trainers did not pay me much attention and I was not really given any guidance. The equipment is good and going for a spin on the spin bikes was good. The pool was nice, though it is a bit small and there are many classes for school children there. Overall, a nice experience.

Can attend classes or use the gym and pool on a casual basis, without having to be a member. Found the guidance in using the gym equipment a bit lacking - not much help around when you need it.
Good range of classes, fairly reasonably priced.
Also offer personal training and child minding.
