If you are unfortunate enough to deal with this firm and its bizarre principal, like me you will be shocked at just how rude and badly run it all is. Their motto was "the extraordinary agent" and nothing could be more apt in an ironic way. All of my dealings with them have led to the tribunal as it seems that even simple problems can't be sorted out.

Very difficult to deal with! Would never sell or rent a house with these guys. Very unprofessional .
