I have been getting my nails done there since the store opened, and have always found the staff to be excellent. They are always happy to accommodate me if I need my nails done, outside of my normal 3 weekly appointment. Sometimes it can be difficult to understand some of the girls, but they always try to make you understand what they are saying. The price of treatments is excellent, and I am always happy with the results.

Not impressed at all. The young girl did not speak good English. Despite repeating several times what I wanted, I ended up with black brows instead of brown. I looked and felt like a clown. Not the look I was going for before a special night out.
I will not be returning. There are better salons in Mooroolbark, where the staff don't talk on their mobile phone while attending to you.

Manicures and pedicures are too fast and too impersonal. However, cosmetic tattooing is fabulous.

Have been a regular customer for about 12 months. Good value, will always do their best to fit you in to a requested time and service is quite fast. Finished result is great, never walked out unhappy.

my beautician was a bit rough..(read-bleeding cuticles) but other than that finished result was lovely!
but the rough stuff put me off-found a gentler place!
