Fred came out at the beginning of this year to tune our piano. Our piano hadn't been tuned in about 2 years, so it really needed a good tuning. Fred was excellent & we were extremely satisfied with his work. He's had many years experience & was trained to tune the piano by ear alone – he prefers to do it this way rather than rely on electonic gadgets. He's very friendly & talkative, and does a great job. His prices are quite reasonable too, especially compared to some other piano tuners. Overall, excellent service with great tuning results.
