I’ve been a regular at Frank’s for over a decade and let me tell you, if you want to try the best hot chips in the world, don’t go passed this place. They also make a delicious pulled beef pie, awesome cakes, pastries and a pretty darn good coffee too!

Very annoyed at todays experience, the salt grinder at our table was faulty and my lunch was covered in salt. The staff did nothing but got me a new plate to shake the salt off my food onto. How absurd, the meal was ruined. Not even a free coffee to make up for it. I have supported this cafe for over 6 years but they have lost a lot of business now. Really terrible customer service.

Had lunch at Frank’s & the staff made a fuss of my Aunty, as it was her 86th birthday. Nothing was too hard.
It made her day to have her food delivered with a candle on it.
She said this is her favourite place to eat now, it’s been my favourite for a long time too. Thanks girls, you did a great job.

Definitely a cafe for those with a sweet tooth - I'm more of a savoury person, had the wedges which were very crispy and came with just enough sauce. my partner divulged on a terimasu and chocolate milkshake and thought they were delicious

Very good café/cake shop. Cakes are very delicious especially I love their macaroons - so big and delicious!

This place is just wow! I usually travel inner City for quality cakes like this so it is quite a find in Scoresby. I've been here countless times since "discovering" Franks and I have never been disappointed. Every cake and biscuit I have purchased has been fresh and delicious. My faves are the vanilla cannolis - so good!

Really nice cakes and pastries as well as traditional Italian biscuits. Great coffee too and excellent service.

Now this is where you go for delicious milkshakes, coffee and irresistible cakes. Too much to choose from, we decided to share, loved the vanilla slices, chocolate cake, eclairs, donuts - we had to take some back to my uncles house, we couldn't fit it all in, in just one sitting. Fabulous!

Fabulous place for a lazy Sunday lunch. Great coffee and amazing vanilla slices. Really good and varied lunch menu. Friendly staff, always happy. Sit inside or outside. Dog friendly, they have water bowls for dogs!
