I don't agree with this other person's review at all. I find this business to be the opposite of most businesses these days.
The ladies at Frangipani Living are lovely, they greet you when you walk in, but don't try any high pressure sales techniques or hound you. They just let you browse in peace!!! and if you have a question or need a hand they are quick to help, and very friendly. They know their customers by name and have a great loyalty program, so if you buy regularly, you get free gift vouchers, and that's on top of their fabulous low prices!
I love Frangipani Living and I tell all my friends about it too!

they have great priced pandora-style sterling silver beads, which is the only reason i go there. the service is not very friendly, and they seem like they have other things to do instead of serving you.
