This company has wonderful staff that reflect a top quality Dentist Surgery. Making an appointment was easy and I was able to get in the very next day. They had a play area in the waiting room to keep the kids busy and gave me a care pack after I had had a Tooth removed.. Even their prices on Mouth Rinses are really good, quite cheap in fact. They weren't pushy or anything and talked you through the whole process.

This really is a five star dental surgery, from start to finish. I've moved to Australind and am struggling to find a good dentist. From the friendly people that check you in, to the dental assistants, to Dr. Yuen, to the people that check you out... they are all really wonderful. Pleasant attitudes, helpful, welcoming, and just really hit the "make the customer feel great" out of the ballpark. It's so hard to find businesses that really make customer service a priority and insist that all their employees provide consistent, high quality service.

Secondly,HIGH QUALITY CARE. They really do a thorough cleaning, but with a light touch. For those of you with sensitive teeth or dental problems, do not let the word thorough scare you! I know most of you prefer the "rush" cleaning even though there's not much benefit, because it's over and done with not too much pain. Well have no fear - you get the best of both worlds. They really do a deep clean but have gentle hands at FORREST AVENUE DENTAL CENTRE

What an excellent dental practice this is. I'd seen the same dentist for 27 years until I moved to Bunbury and had to find another one. That was a daunting task! Having been told by three dentists that were recommended by friends that they were not accepting new patients I called Forrest Ave - had an appointment booked the same day.
I've had three wisdom teeth removed by them, a couple of fillings and now go once every six months for check ups. The dentists and dental nurses are friendly & efficient, prices are reasonable and I found them to be very understanding with my new dentist nerves.
The only thing to watch out for is the reception staff some of whom can be rather abrupt - mostly due to how busy they are I expect but no matter how busy you are you should always manage a friendly face :)
I've recommended Forrest Ave to a couple of people now and each time I get a thank you card in the post for the referral. How nice is that?

the staff & dentists are so friendly & professional. they understand my problems and i got a smile I never thought I could. i have recommended to several of my friends and they are so happy with the results too. i have been to several dentists in bunbury and all overcharged and do some shonky work on me. i am glad i have found them & recommended highly to all.

Very pleasant experience for a dentist! They staff were all very friendly and put me at ease. They explained everything that was being done and didn't over charge me. They didn't try to add in any extras, just did what I had asked them to do.
