My partner and I did initially receive poor service from this agency however the next time we went in we were lucky enough to be served by Robyn Townsend. She is now the only travel agent that we deal with and helped us book our last two overseas trips. She has travelled alot herself therefore able to give great advice and is always very friendly and even worked back on a saturday to help up out.

This is a small office but super efficient and friendly staff who go out of their way to assist you. Rather than try to persuade you into a trip not quite right they will take your details and contact you later after searching for the best deal to meet your requirements. I will be making my overseas booking with them.
