I ordered a Black Forest Cake for Oktoberfest with friends at Beechmont.
The Cake was magnificent, in looks and flavour. It made a huge hit, and was so delicious. I can't recommend Flesser Bakery highly enough. Thank you Grant Flesser, you made a superb cake, couldn't be happier.

This is certainly NOT the best bakery on the Gold Coast. Bought a Bee Sting here yesterday and had a discussion about it being "fresh" with the owner who proudly told me he'd been there for 30 years. Drove home and when we tried to cut it, discovered that it was FROZEN in the middle and what was defrosted on the outside tasted stale!!!!! Disgraceful.

A nice little bakery located near the supermarket. Greeted with a smile. Fresh pastries and cakes provided a good lunch. Perhaps go up the road for a coffee from either the Metz or Bean Inn, but your bakery purchase here will compliment it.
