I've been here a couple times recently and I quite like the food and service. Depending on what time you go, there is a difference in the quality of food. My husband usually orders ribs when we go and he usually gets bigger and better ribs during lunch time on a week day when they're not as busy.

I think they're slightly pricey for what you get, but it's not too bad. I love their duck spring rolls (3 biggish spring rolls with a bit of an Asian salad) and that's about $18.

The service is pretty good when we go. It's not too hard to get a waiter's attention and we're never waiting long to have our order taken.

Been to Flame a few times. Each experience is pretty average but the location is convenient and the food isn't so bad that i would never go there again. One meal is not good at all though. Not sure if it is still on the menu but it was gnocci with red win jus and wagyu beef. My fiance is a big fan of wagyu beef but was left extremely disappointed, mostly due to the flavour of the sauce.

This was a very disappointing dining experience overall. The service was slow, messy (they mixed table orders) & unfriendly. One young male waiter was visibly getting frustrated with my disabled son who was quite talkative. The chilli & garlic chicken i ordered was disappointing. Some parts of the chicken were dry & the flavour was simply too bland. There were eight of us at the table & some had ordered woodfired pizza which had a burnt crust! The only nicest dish & happiest customers at the table were the two who ordered the fish & chips. Now their plate looked as good as they say it tasted. Seems like the prices are paying off for the venue but perhaps they are cutting back on quality of food & service.

i constantly go here the menu changes seasonly and also has a coffe shop attached if you are wanting coffe and cake or a quick pizza. it's good for all ocasions. the pizza they have are very gourmet, the fish is one the best i have had
