Nice sunny day so we had lunch at this hotel. Lovely dining area with big glass windows. My husband had a pork burger with chips and I had the chicken burger also with chips. Soup and salads are also available from the salad/soup bar (included in the price) At nearly 19 dollars not the cheapest burgers but they were nice and combined with the included bar I guess a reasonable value.

Oh... This places has fallen from the lofty reaches it once aspired to. Thee is no longer the all you can eat buffet, but the salad bar is still all you can eat. Not that its any consolation as its all potato and nothing really that appetising.
The prices of the meals has increased too, meaning theres even less value to be had at this one.
Definitely a no go.

This is a fantastic hotel for a meal. I recently went here for a work dinner and was amazed by the value. I had a beef schnitzel, which was huge, took up two thirds if the plate. The salad/vegetable bar is great. All the food I consumed seemed to be of a high quality and was relatively fresh.

Drinks were reasonably priced. Their hot chocolate is lovely and was just the thing to end a fabulous meal.

This place has a really nice vegetable and salad bar and you can help yourself to soup while you wait for your main meal. The servings are good and I have never had a bad meal there. They also accept the entertainment card which makes it even better value.

It is always busy here. They have one of the biggest selections of meal choices and a large salad bar aswel. I love the varieties of rolls and breads available on the salad bar. The lamb shanks are yummo!,

Dined there a week ago.Meal was cold and undercooked - could not eat 3 out of the four ordered. Salad bar was the only decent thing. Complained to staff about meals (which are by no means cheap) and was told chef would call me when not so busy - obviously no call, felt ripped off and let down and will never return.

Meal was good, good price, good area for kids to play. I'd advise families to maybe avoid the busier times like Friday/saturday so you can get a table near the kids play area.

Has a great bistro, love there self serve salad bar. Never had a problem with there meals. Staff always seem friendly and happy

We went here for the first time around 2 weeks ago as I had an Entertainment book voucher to use... I was hugely impressed! To think that I have lived only around 2km away for the past 10 years and haven't ever gone there! The quality of the salad bar was amazing - a huge array of free food that comes with any main course (soups, hot veggie and potato bake type dishes, breads, salads and more). The staff were really friendly and conversational, and it was quite easy to access the hotel and get a park (this was the reason we had not gone before - because it's in a busy area and we assumed it would be hard to find parking).
It was a lovely surprise to find that we have another excellent dining venue nearby and we will be going again.
Highly recommend.
