My letterbox is clearly marked "NO JUNK MAIL" yet on Monday 10/03/2014 (PUBLIC HOLIDAY - LABOUR DAY) a pamphlet advertising this business was deposited in my letterbox. WHY WOULD I USE A BUSINESS THAT DOES NOT RESPECT ME OR CAN'T READ???????? HIGHTON RESIDENTS BEWARE!

Oh MiriamF i find it so sad that you have nothing better to do than criticise a business for something that was out of their control. It was explained to you each and every time you complained that we did not personally deliver the pamphlets - they were done by a contractor. It was not a lack of respect by the business but the contractor who delivered them (and i wouldn't even describe that as being about respect). "Highton residents beware" - you are living amongst a very disgruntled member of society! Yours truly, an ex staff member from the said business!
