Cool place here. tasty fish and chips, good location with parking and we were able to sit on the beach to eat the fish and chips, while the kids played in the playground.
Recently went here for breakfast. We had to wait half an hour which was fine, we were told that at the time of ordering. It was a nice breakfast (bacon & eggs, and eggs Benedict) and reasonably priced.
I went to this store after reading an ad in the local newspaper stating that they now did gluten-free items. The prices were a little higher than expected, but the service was acceptable and the food was great. I will definitely be going back.
I went to buy a coffee on Sunday afternoon and the staff just ignored me. The girl was 'too busy' with milk to stop and take my order, so I left and went elsewhere.
I could have told you not to go there! It's worth going a bit further to Doug's as the service is quicker and better. The few times I've been to Fish on Flinders, the staff haven't used gloves or tongs when touching food on the table in the back area and the service is extremely slow, even when there's only a few people there. It might be different now but I don't know - after the first few times, I never went back!
Doug's is always crowded but even so you're waiting less - and the food is great, especially the octopus salad.
great seafood shop and provides everything you would expect you have in a seafood store. the food was very tasty and there wasn't a long wait for the food which was good.

The food is generally really good here. Once we have dined in with friends and they forgot one of the meals, so the rest of us had our food and one person had to wait for theirs. However we have eaten here many other times and this has only happened once.
