Best property managers in Western Australia. They offer personalised and professional service and peace of mind that my property is in the best care. I cannot speak highly enough of the team at First National Kalgoorlie!

I'm giving this real estate the poorest review allowed to give they deserve no stars. The service I have received is deplorable. We have rented through them for over 2 years now even though its quite a run down property with a lot wrong, we have never complained even suffering through many many things going wrong, to name a few oven not working, gas leaks, hot water not working, toilet breaking, second gas leak, taps not working, burst water pipes (twice), leak in taps, paying excessive water bills due to leaking pipes and taps, no cooler for a whole summer - because the year before we moved in they were told to replace it and they didn't bother, windows that don't open, leaking roof damage to our furniture due to leaking roof the list goes on and on. Three weeks ago we had ANOTHER gas leak again because of faulty DIY workmanship probable by the management to cut costs, the gas plumber told us that they too over 3 years ago had told them that the oven / stove was dangerous and needed to be replaced. The kitchen range-hood and cupboards are not up to safety standards - so basically the entire time we have lived here and paid rent it has been known to the management and real-estate that we are living in hazardous conditions. So now on top of having no cooking facilities for 3 weeks we have no kitchen cupboards! They are still completely unable to give me a clear ETA on when this will be fixed. I get a once a week phone call telling me vaguely this week it will be done. Today's caller even had the audacity to act surprised that I had no cooking facilities when I pointed out that it was a 48hour emergency - they said oh but i tried to call the owners all last week and couldn't get through! Sorry NOT GOOD ENOUGH. They then said oh the owners are lovely! ??? - Do you not even realise that you also work for me and my rights. Do your staff not know that I have rights? Or is my basic living conditions and safety obviously so nothing to you. Here are some other things I've noticed they don't return calls won't ever answer a call it just goes to voice mail they won't let you speak with their management will never EVER call you back. They use stalling tactics to not service you. They only repair bare minimum to cut costs. They don't follow the law in repairing urgent repairs with in time frames. They have no regard to renters basic standards of living. They don't allow customer convenience in any way they even force all renters to come and pay in person. I come from the East and haven't even heard of a real estate not letting you pay online. In fact I've never heard of a real estate dealing in cash - maybe join the modern world. What kind of 2 bit organisation doesn't even have online payment facilities. You have no idea about good will gestures and even the most rudimentary customer service techniques.
