Very disappointed !!!! I have been a customer for many years and am very disappointed with the lack of customer service I received at the Morayfield store. I recently purchased 2 dresses which I washed in a cold wash in the machine (as you do), only to find that one of the dresses shrank from a size 14 to a 10 at best! I returned the dress to the store asking for a replacement and was told that because I did not hand wash the dress it was my fault and there was nothing they could do-too bad! Even though the other dress did not shrink and has the same care label - hand wash! Who looks at care labels sewn into the bottom of the side seam! My daughter also bought a floor length skirt and after washing, it too has shrunk to ankle length!!! Very poor quality fabric and very poor customer service - we should have been advised to read the label for laundering instructions!! Besides, these items are not delicate fabrics like silk or wool so one would assume you could wash them in the machine cold wash! The fabric state is it 100% Viscose. My warning to you as a customer - is do not buy VISCOSE items. As for me and my family and all of my friends - we will never shop at Femme ever again!!!

Best bargain shopping when I least expected it yesterday. Wonderfully friendly ladies behind the counter, lots of bargains under $20. I bought 2 singlet tops for $4 each down from $5. A gorgeous black long sleeve lacy thin classy cardi to dress up my one and only dress lol for $20 down from $25. My gf bought a nice lace bat wing top cheap too. Store is roomy,change rooms are adequate. Lots of dresses,tops fir every style and size ,found mine in size 16.

I was in the shopping centre to was head to the pet shop. I was walking past this shop and a rack of skirts for $20 caught my eye. I walked in tried the skirt on, i loved it so i purchased it. Whilst at the counter there was a employee wearing a lovely dress and i asked if it was from Femme Connection she said yes. The employee looked at the boss the boss looked at the employee then me and said we only have 8 left but you will fit nicely into one of the dresses. The boss got the dress for me, i tried it on once again i loved it so i purchased it. The staff were very friendly, helpful and the store atmosphere was electric. I would definitely drive 50 minutes again to shop there again. I love the range of clothes and the prices cannot be beat. The skirt cost $20 and the dress $30. A bargain for a lovely quality material and they look amazing on as well. Thank you Femme Connection for enticing me in.
