Went to fays' pharmacy in kent street to buy some magnesium...I was looking for blackmores magnesium and know that different types of magnesium available in market... when I asked about the differences ib those types to one of the pharmacist, the pharmacist arrogantly answered that they do not want to talk about blackmores and suggested other manufacturer... not very customer friendly...seems like ppl working there are not paid and doing some charity service to the consumer...

STAY CLEAR OF THIS PHARMACY - i went to this pharmacy for relief from sinus congestion so i can stay at work, the staff recommended to me a product without telling me it was herbal or homeopathic, seeing staff is the expert, i bought it. 5 hours later i was still unable to breath and very frustrated seeing it cost me $30 - i went back for a refund and was reprimanded, told that it was my choice what product i buy, that i should use more of it (even though that would negate the instuction on the packet) and that they cannot refund on the product. Utterly disgusted in the lack of customer service. This staff has always been grumpy and a sure of themselves however this is the first time it's actually grated at my nerves. Where is the responsibility and accountability? never, ever will i go back and i've told everyone at work - surprisingly many people have had the same experience with them.

This place advises you to go for herbal solutions and when they don't work tries to sell you something else or tells you to take more of the herbal stuff. It made it worse. Used to like this place but (a) it charges a higher margin than other pharmacies and (b) they refused to find a solution after they sold me something that didn't work other than to try to sell me more or get me to consume more of the stuff that didn't work.
