Very understanding and patient staff working here which helps a lot when taking young children here. Child was measured , and checked with different sizes, until right size was sorted out. Good bargains to be made on certain brands, and plenty of stock and variety on hand.

Took my daughter to get some school shoes and was little disappointed with the service we received. After waiting for a few minutes the staff member didnt even measure my childs foot and just asked what size she was. after bringing out a few pairs that didnt fit we decied to leave. We went to the Athletes Foot and didnt realise they do school shoes. The satff member measured both feet and put her over the scanning machine. The shoes fitted perfectly and she loves the look of them as well. She even likes to wear them in the back yard. Highly recommend the Athletes Foot for all your shoes.

I was buying shoes for my toddler. They have a great 'fire engine' for them to sit on while they get their feet measured, my toddler loved it! The service was great, very friendly and they knew what they were doing. Really great service which is so hard to come by these days.

Today I went into Faull's Shoes Ballarat. I don't usually shop here but I needed a decent pair of black lace up shoes (similar to school shoes). After having no luck at various other stores I decided to give this one a try. I was amazed at the range of shoes available and at decent prices. Also, having 20% off school shoes was fantastic! I located a table of shoes for $20 a pair, they were ROC boots, valued at $79.95 a pair, reduced to $20! I will definately be purchasing from here again!

I recently went into Faull's just to have a look at what they had and was quite impressed with the range of shoes, particularly dress/casual shoes for both men and woman. I was looking for some comfortable shoes that would go with a neat casual outfit and match lots of things. I found the shop assistant very helpful and patient. I bought some lovely Planet Shoes which are very comfortable and exactly what I was looking for.
