Worst ever, non delivery, do not use for the sake of your own mental health. Who has my parcel? Companies who use this delivery service will never get my business. Give them up ebay!

A package was supposed to be delivered to my house a " Sorry I missed you " postcard in the letter box. He never had the parcel with him. The courier [redacted personal identifier] parked opposite my house, put the post card in the letter box and drove off. Avoid this company like the plague if you are looking for a reliable and effective courier company as they are clearly not up to the job and lie to customers.

Most inconvenient delivery company I have ever come across. They claimed to have attempted delivery on a Thursday. No card was left and on the Friday I received a text message advising me to arrange re-delivery. I called and was advised they have no after hours service and I could walk from the CBD to Port Melbourne to pick up. I was also told that I should have been available for the 2 business days it may arrive on. As someone who works 9-5 and travels for work this is not possible. I was then advising any redirection to somewhere I could pick up would cost an extra $5.50 because as far as they were concerned it was delivered. They then advised me to contact the seller as the seller is their customer not me. They were rude and their service entirely inflexible. Use Australia Post that would be better for anyone considering this service.

Ordered Christmas presents on-line and courier service used by retailer was Fastway Couriers. Item was dispatched the next day but after 10 days of waiting for the parcel from Sydney to Gold Coast with no movement on tracking the item, repeated attempts at contact identified that the package was missing possibly stolen. Limited information given regarding investigation / reimbursement despite being told someone would be in touch ASAP.Christmas tomorrow, no presents for family & $145 out of pocket with no advice on solution.

It took 3 days to deliver a package from 13km away. After many phone calls and constantly on hold I was given the drivers number and told to find it myself

This is the WORST courier company I had ever had!!!!!!!!!!!! I typed in my tracking number to track the item and they didn't even update the details, I have no idea where is my parcel. And I rang the office, they said they couldn't find the parcel & there's nothing they can do for me!!!!!!!!!!!
