I called up to order a bunch of flowers and was greeted by someone called [Redacted]. I was obviously confused about the service (thinking fast flowers was an actual Shop as a Google search displayed a picture of one) and was quite rudely told I was wrong. I then stated I had seen a photo on the internet of 'A' store which was why I was confused and she proceeded to yet again inform me of my mistake and then hang up on me. I was going to spend over $100 on a bunch of flowers for my mother and now I'm here writing this review (joining all the other negative reviews). Really poor business ethic and service.

It was really easy to order flowers off the net. I gave a credit card number to pay. The flowers were delivered a couple of hours later. Problem was that the bouquet delivered contained 4 or 5 white lilies with heaps of greenery. This was different from the picture displayed on the company's website which showed 9 lilies , 7 buds and a few lily leaves. (we ordered from this picture). This company offer a date reminder service and will email you so you don't forget any special day.
