went here for lunch last week, really liked the atmosphere of the place. service was quick and the sandwich and coffee was excellent. for just over $10 I was left satisfied and will be returning in the near future

Went here on a first date couple years ago it was a lovely building and the decor was very moden the staff were very proper and eligen and the food was nicely presented and and tasted lovely but a little pricey for my life style but if you have the one it is a good little place to relaxe and have a nice meal

Nice view of the lake and pleasant on a warm sunny day. Was not overly impressed with staff or service. Average value for money and food.

After shunning this place for a long while (I got jack of the really bad service and decided to start frequenting other places in the area) we decided to return to see what had changed.

I must say the owner must have sat up, paid attention and read these reveiws because there has been a turnaround. My last 3 visits have far outshone any other 'local' for breakky. The coffee service was still slow, but where was I rushing to on a Sunday morning? The staff smiled, had a chat and checked back to make sure everything was ok.

The food was great (fresh and well presented) and Fangos is now in the cheaper range of 'cafe dining options' out this way (meaning value for money gets 5 stars from me)

Great work by the owner for changing his attitude and the sour faces of his staff. (Too many small business owners don't listen to the public's feedback until it's way too late)

Now I just wish they'd extend their breakfast service to suit my sleep ins. :)

The food is good quality and and the service friendly. Good location near the lake. Relaxing atmosphere and does not get over crowded. Good for a catch up with friends over a coffee and cake, or for a meal.

the service is fantastic on a sunday morning very happy, by time we get our coffee's our meal is only 5 minutes behind, very accurate, the outdoor area is a great spot when the sun is shining just to read the paper and have a lovely start to the day, have only had lunch here once and wasnt so keen on that

Haven't been for a while - the last time was a turn off because the staff completely ignored us. This time the staff were okay but our waitress kept calling us darling which was annoying. Food and drink average - need to lift a bit now that there are others in the area.

Beautiful location looking over the lake, food was pretty good and fairly prieced. Quite disappointed in the service there is plenty of room for improvement, staff are arrogant, rude and very slow. A real disappointment for a place with potential.

Food is good, as is the coffee although a little pricey. However the service is crap. the owner is arrogant and not friendly at all. been here a few times when visiting the land sales office and each time have to ask to be served when at the counter waiting. Shame as it is a great location.
