Very nice clinic and , very professional doctors especially Dr Botros and Dr Yousef and lovely receptionist Rita ️ been a patient there for more than 30 years and always happy, thank you for your great service ️

My family and I have been visiting this centre for almost 20yrs and we haven’t needed to go anywhere else. The doctors are attentive, caring and very knowledgeable who take the time to talk to and treat their patients. Their years of experience and services offered makes this centre the right choice for medical convenience and needs. They are a patient-care driven centre with wonderful nurses and very friendly and welcoming staff.
We have utilised many of the treatments available there from blood tests and general consultations to cosmetic skin procedures and other specialised needs.
I highly recommend Family Care Medical Centre to anyone.

Dr Botros and Dr Youssef are vey knowledgeable and experienced doctors who always provide exceptional care. Never had a bad experience there.

I have been to this clinic twice only, simply because: 1) The appointments are poorly managed. 2) The place has too many patients waiting at a time, very busy, not conducive for people who are bothered by noise when sick and waiting to see a doctor. The fee is lower compared to other clinics,but you also get very low quality service. The 2 times I was at this clinic, I had to wait over 1 hour each time. This is simply because of overbooking done by the receptionist, or the doctors are too ambitious in seeing patients in a day. There is an onsite pathology too but it wasn't worth the trip because the staff are not friendly

I visited this service today for my 2.00pm appointment with my daughter, as she needed to get her 4 month immunisations, and i was due for a reveiw of my care plan. We arrived at 2pm, and informed the reception that we had arrived for our 2.00pm appointment with the nurse, to which they asked us to take a seat, and wait to be called. After waiting for 1 hour, and getting quite restless, without any word from reception about waiting time, i noticed the nurse that i was waiting to see had finished with a client, then was chatting with staff. Here i was thinking that i was about to be called for my appointment, when i saw her she went into the pathology room for a minute with handbag in her hand, and then straight after that, walked out of the centre. When i approached the desk, the receptionist thought i had finished my appointment, but i explained that i was still waiting to be seen. She tried to call the nurse, but i explained that she had already left the building. To which she replied that she shouldn't have not left because she was meant to leave at 6pm. She said that hopefully she had only gone to get a coffee, and suggested that i sit down and wait. 15 minutes later, after have been waiting for 90 minutes, the receptionist approached me and explained that the nurse had left, and said that she must not have seen the appointment on her screen, and then went on to say that the nurse had called and cancelled my appontment that day. What i don't understand is why she would tell me she didn't see the appointment on her screen, and then in the same breath told me she had called me to cancel the appointment. She then asked if i wanted to make another appoinment. NO WAY!!! I will never go to that business again. I am usually left waiting for my appointments with the doctors, once i even had to wait 3 hours. But to wait for nothing is just disgusting. If the nurse had cancelled my appointment, why was i not told so when i approached the reception when i first arrived?
