I had an emergency on Xmas Day but, on being reassured by your electrician on call that day that the problem was not life threatening I could have so much more done to my new property for the same cost .

Joel Leslie has been to my home twice now and I requested he was the one to complete the tasks as I was comfortable with his easy going manner, competence, expertise, friendliness and eagerness to explain exactly what he recommended be done and even cleaned out my blocked gutter.

The extra charge for joining for the year is such good value- as pointed out by Joel I can have the plumbing safety check which he recommends for the large trees and kitchen water pressure also.

Initially to replace circuit breaker for stove then back to install outside lights and power points. Prompt, polite and professional service. Would highly recommend.

The electrician (Courtney) was on-time, friendly and explained the job in detail before providing a quote. The job was completed within the expected time frame and with no issues. Although the pricing is slightly higher than elsewhere, they provide a reliable high quality service and guarantee that is worth the extra few dollars.

needed a tap in the kitchen reseated and the mixer in the bathroom would not deliver cold water. David 1492 worked out the problem and completed the work .The price was rather high but I am prepared to pay for a job well done.

Washing machine stopped. Chris Radcliffe from Fallon called out the next day, diagnosed the problem and was back to fix it Christmas Eve. Chris was punctual and very professional and I certainly appreciated his help. Would call Fallon again if needed.

Booked in 3 jobs with plumber, electrician and air conditioner technician. Plumber didn't explain his quote at all basically just gave a price to do my 2 jobs. Electrician Joel was really friendly and courteous. Gave a detailed quote and free electrical check. Prices were a bit more expensive than thought so only got one job done. But happy with Joel and his services. Bought a home protection plan then as it gives 15% discount on prices and worked out cheaper to buy that and pay discounted prices than paying the full quoted costs for first 2 jobs. 3rd job was booked in for this Wednesday between 8-12 but didn't show up and no contact made. After contacting the call centre I was advised that they couldn't see my job on the computer. I said I booked in 3 jobs at the same time. They said somehow it had been lost off the computer and they could send someone out Saturday. After already wasting a whole day waiting I said no thanks. Got another call 5 mins later saying they might be able to send someone out that afternoon. Not convenient for me so I said no thanks, I'll get someone else to do it. Did not seem at all bothered they were losing business and no compensation offered at all. And that was even being a member of their protection plan. Won't be using Fallon again for future jobs!

I use Fallon for all my plumbing. I really like their pricing structure which is fixed for an outcall which includes the first 15 mins, and then they charge by 15 min blocks plus materials. It's not cheap, but there is certainty on how much I pay and I find their contractors to know what they are doing. They also can be booked easily and show up on time... Can't ask for more than that from a tradie!

Very helpful, on time, knowledgeable and sorted the problem on the spot. Job was expensive but they had to replace the tap ware. Plus did a second job with the air conditioner and this was reasonably priced and quick. Again sorted the problem straight away and knew what they were doing
