I have purchased a number of items from Ezibuy over the years and have been satisfied with them. Middle of the road quality but they are easy to order and arrive in a timely manner. Last purchase was made a week ago and I have received emails updating progress. Today the parcel has arrived at my pick up point. This means no delivery cost which is great and will encourage more purchases.

I mainly buy clothes and shoes from EziBuy and have always had great quality items. I think it can be frustrating at times to order online as the sizes can vary.

I have purchased a few items from EziBuy and thought it was great quality but some things I retuned as they were not the right size. The online store is very easy to use, which is a bonus!

I have now bought three very different items (not just clothing) from Ezibuy and have spoken to customer service on a couple of occasions to check the progress of an order prior to Xmas. Great products, friendly and helpful customer service. The great thing is knowing that if you buy clothing, you can return it and get it exchanged with very little bother. However, by reading the review of products and looking at the type of fit, you can generally select the appropriate size. Great way to shop!

Beware of EziBuy editing the product reviews on their website to look more favourable - look at all the reviews for the product you are interested in - as they manipulate the order they are displayed so all the best ones are first, it makes it look as though there is no bad reviews!
I called EziBuy to advise my disappointment regarding the Sara singlet top that was supposed to be TUNIC length - I told the very helpful operator that they didn't appear to be tunic length. After some time on the phone I was advised that they were meant to be 70cm long - mine was 63cm - it had shrunk 10% - I was also advised that they had received some reviews to this effect, I was encouraged to write a review - I did and until then I didn't realise that they edited the reviews to display them in order of best to worst - TAKE A LOOK NEXT TIME - I then did another review giving it 5 stars but added the comments that I was extremely disappointed. I got an email reply in it they filled it full of lies that they didn't edit reviews and that they are listed in order of receipt and my new one was listed LAST - why on earth would a customer look from the oldest reviews to the newest review??? they do not display a date on any of their reviews as this would clearly show their bias to make all the good ones at the top and the bad ones toward the bottom with the hope that no one looks that far. I certainly didn't look that far! I doubt I will ever buy from EziBuy again - they lie - they misrepresent their product by editing reviews. That said their telephone customer service staff have been excellent - it is their unethical marketing department that needs to be fixed.

I have always loved their customer service, products and the ease of ordering.. Never had a bad experience yet with them..

The best online shopping business with great customer service that are always helpful and knowledgable and merchandise is great quality. Over the years shopping with Ezibuy I have never had a bad transaction even with returns. I love this company
