Customer service is second to none. The team go out of their way to make you feel welcome and help you. If your have an eye problem they will always fit you in. Have never found an optometrist like this team who work with you to get a result.

I am absolutely thrilled to have found Eyecare Plus. When I realised I may need glasses for the first time at 40, I hoped to find an optometrist that was local and not a large chain. Eyecare Plus not only satisfied this, but the experience was wonderful both as a customer experience and as a clinical experience.

It is a beautiful space with a great range to choose from. Jasmine and the team out front were warm, welcoming and helpful, as well as prompt and efficient. Sally provided a highly professional and thorough assessment, offering relevant information about the process in a way I could understand.

I'm thrilled with the end result, too. My glasses perfectly remedy my recent struggle to work or read at any length without getting sore eyes. I also love the frames, fit, and ongoing support offered by the team.

After much struggle in finding the right optometrist who looks beyond the obvious markers, I've finally found a caring and brilliant team at EyeCare Plus Ashgrove. Sally is amazing. She offers professional and thorough clinical knowledge whilst also considering lifestyle and reactions to spacial issues befoe making a diagnosis. For us she also introduced us to a fabulous chiro and together they have worked seamlessly to provide a great service and offer a very encouraging solution. Finally my daughter is wearing glasses with a script that works for her after 2 x very expensive & time consuming attempts elsewhere... as a result, Im booking myself and the rest of the family in too

Everything about Eyecare plus Ashgrove is excellent, but especially the staff. I was so well looked after and am delighted with my new glasses!
