I was firstly given a gift certificate by work friends after the birth our first born daughter. The staff were absolutely fantastic and displayed genuine friendliness, and are very knowledgeable about both their services and products, so much so that one one of my first appointments I was looking to buy a number of products that would have cost me a bit more than I should be spending, but the girls advised me against a few purchases and gave a good explanation as to why they weren't needed, but I must say how much I simply adore the Regenerative Eye Mask and Exfoliating Cream. I have been to one other salon that have tried to sell me products that weren't even suitable for my skin type. I have been previously to salons that were a less personal, but I can say that Exhale the girls have become good friends. I am sure there are a number of great salons around Newcastle, but I can say that I personally would never consider going elsewhere. The prices are quite competitive, the waxing is not as traumatic as I have experienced in other salons and I really do like a number of the products which are made in Newcastle. Recently I tried the Bamboo massage, and I have to say it was the best massage I have ever had and have in fact bought other friends and family a gift certificate for a Bamboo massage and everyone has made the same comment. If you are looking for a beauty salon, my advice is certainly consider visiting the girls at Exhale
