3 months ago they did a chemical straightening of my long thick hair. I know it was that way before the treatment because that's what I got charged for. Now after having to have most of my either fall out at the scalp or cut off to above well above my shoulders and having to have weekly treatment to reverse the damage done these so called hairdressers. Even after contacting them and telling them of the damage, they would not accept any blame" it was my fault because my hair was dry". My answer to that was why didn't you say so and I wouldn't have done the straightening. I feel this place is all about the money and not the end result. Be careful with your hair if buy any vouchers from this shop. The extras will add up and it not as cheap as you thought. Will never set foot in that place again.
