Have been going to this salon for IPL Scoopon treatments. On one occassion I was given the towel of the previous customer who had a treatment done in the room. The towel had gel all over it from her bikini line being done. On my last visit I was convinced to purchase another treatment outside of the Scoopon. I was told that I could put a deposit down and if I decided at a later date I didn't want the package, I could get a full refund. As a result I decided not to have the photo rejuvenation and asked for a refund. They now say they can't do refunds and I can put my $90 towards another treatment or get a voucher. I'm very unhappy as I was told I could get a full refund.

The girls at essential Beauty brisbane salon always make me feel comfortable and do such a professional job on all my services. Highly recommended!

I had my piercing done at this salon last week and must say the girls at the salons are very professional, know their job and just awesome. I had my ear and nose piercing done at this beauty salon and I just love them. Highly recommended salon. I look forward to visit them again.

Couldn't be happier with the way she handled the issue I had previously experienced (see below). Have now finished my IPL treatments at the salon and am very happy with the outcome.
