Interest fees are over the top!! You’re better off afterpaying than this!!

For a phone thats on average $2500 youd end up paying 6,200 by the end of 2 years like whyyyy???

I was dumb enough to fall into it cause all I read was “approved” knowing I have bad credit and not read the fine print of the contract. (I know - Dumb again)

So now in the middle of cancelling my contract since payment date is two weeks away. It clearly says to contact them during business hours. 9am-5pm.. its 930am and it keeps saying “unfortunately there is no one available to take your call” ive sent emails and get automated emails sent back ugh. Annoyed.

Outstanding company! The absolute best customer service I have ever received. Could not fault these guys if I tried. I don't have the best credit file but these guys still managed to help me out with awesome products. I've even had a glitch or 2 with my bank and my repayments didn't come out however they were more than understanding and happy to help me rectify the situation.

Not on this dimension. I could clearly afford the rates, have no rent or debts, but they did not give me a $25 a week phone, so I went with [Redacted name of Competitor] who did. I do not pay rent, bills and live with my husband who works, but clearly these morons cannot read and want their competitors to get their money, so that is what happened.

I suggest all hopefuls do the same. These guys are slack, at best.

Extremely poor customer service. They once helped their customers without hesitation but after purchasing 5 items and having 3 of them incur extra payments after the contract period, I would advised all customers and ex customers to check their bank statements. I have been waiting over a week for the last refund only to be told a cheque was in the mail, they tell me now that the money will be in my account tonight...I won't be holding my breath
